I will not cry, I will not cry… too late. “Max” is the story of a military dog that’s on assignment with his handler in Afghanistan. The story takes a sad turn when his handler is killed and Max is sent back to the states, because it’s believed he may have a form of canine Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The grieving family agrees to take Max in and he soon forms a bond with his handler’s younger brother. The story is based on true events, but I’m not sure of the exact details.
