When Sunshine arrived at a shelter in Philadelphia, she was immediately flagged as an aggressive dog. Tammy, a woman who fosters Chihuahuas, saw her picture and knew she had to go rescue her. After just an hour with her, Tammy saw an incredible transformation in Sunshine. She fostered her for about 8 months, and Sunshine has now been happily placed in her forever home.
