Service dogs are making great strides within all communities. Originally they have been used to help with physical disabilities such as blindness and deafness. More recently service dogs have been used experimentally with sexual assault victims suffering from PTSD.
This is the story of Caleb. A little boy who was in a head-on auto collision and suffered severe brain injuries. With the help of his therapy dog Colonel, moving became less of a chore and Caleb was motivated to recover in ways he hadn't before. You may cry. I did. Watch the story here!
