The silver Dodge Caravan was filled with supplies, as well as five puppies, and on it’s way to the new foster home, when it was stolen from the Maplewood area around 5am this morning, along with the RPAW’s company cards. Updates on the groups Facebook page state that the van’s plates have been removed, and the last transactions were located at a Holiday Inn in Oakdale off Geneva. They believe the suspects are headed to Wisconsin.
RPAW is asking anyone and everyone to share this story in order to find the missing van for the puppies’ sake. They believe that the suspects intend to dump the van as soon as possible, so please check Craigslist and Facebook sites for possible puppy sales. The pups have all been microchipped, and are traceable! Pit Bull puppies are very vulnerable to being sold into dog fighting.
Please contact the police ASAP if you see the van, or know anything about the puppies’ whereabouts!
