Sundance was taught to roller skate the same way dogs are taught to push a skateboard or surf! They practiced with him place his feet on the wheels first without being strapped on and he pushed them forward on command. It’s a trained trick but his owner says he has a lot of fun with it. His tail is up and wagging and he’s enjoying the adventure. He’s a performance driven dog that thrives in front of an audience.
He started learning tricks when he was just 9-weeks-old. Like most Border Collie’s, Sundance has a high drive to learn, play and get positive reinforcement for everything he does.
When Sundance isn’t rollerskating, he enjoys swimming and playing frisbee.
