It’s that time of year again, when your employer informs you that your year-end review is coming up. “How will it go, what if it’s bad, what if I freeze up?” are all things you may be asking yourself. It can be intimidating, but how do you think it would go for your dog?
Where you excelled
– Learning to sit –
You picked this up really quickly, it’s a skill you’ll need your entire life and you’ve proven we can trust you to sit. Keep up the good work.
Where you could improve
– Staying focused –
You struggled in this area, being faced with so many tempting things may have been what made this so challenging, we’ll focus on this in the new year and look forward to seeing your improvements.
Where you did great
– Finishing all your food –
Efficiency is key and you are doing your part. You don’t waste food and you don’t barf it up later either. The importance you’ve placed on eating quickly and tidily has saved this company hundreds.
Where development is needed
– Eating the cat’s food, or anyone elses –
This one should be an easy one, the bowl does say “Cat” on it after all; a product of last year’s review, I might add. We would appreciate if you worked on ways to solve this.
– Learned how to poop on command –
This was a huge point in your career, learning to poop on command has eliminated stress when walking at the beach and drastically reduced wasted company hours waiting for poops.
This was a milestone year for you, while you had your ups and downs, you had a positive year overall. The pooping on command achievement alone was massive. We look forward to seeing your work in the new year.
