Yes, you heard right, a puppy calendar.
Recently the Washington Capitals released their 2015 Caps Canine Calendar. A collection of some of their biggest players being cuddled by some adorable little doggies. Its their second year in a row teaming up with the D.C. nonprofit organization Homeward Trails Animal Rescue.
Let’s see how scary those enforcers are with a tiny puppy in their arms.
Disclaimer: No NHL players were injured in the making of this puppy calendar.
We should warn you, exceedingly cute photos to follow.
Lost in fuzziness.

It doesn’t seem like they had to try very hard to get them to do this. After all, who says no to puppy cuddling?

Well that was an overload.
The Capitals aren’t the first team to make an animal calendar, Pittsburgh, Carolina and even the mean old Bruins have done them. Hopefully they keep on coming, because there’s something wonderful about a big scary guy missing a few teeth holding a cute little puppy.
