“Duncan was born with severely deformed rear legs that had to be removed. He has a wheel chair, but can’t stand to use it. So we let him be free and just walk on his two legs. Duncan was rescued and cared for by the Panda Paws Rescue. Their goal is to help end the homelessness, abuse, neglect and mistreatment of animals big and small and to give a voice to the voiceless.
