Having a dog is one of the best gifts. Our dogs fill us with more pride than we can ever describe and more goofiness than we ever expect.
Sadly, you know that one day, you will have to say goodbye to your best friend. This adorable illustration reminds that we should focus on the joyful times that we have with our dogs, because we won’t have them with us forever.

Can’t see the graphics, way to small and doesn’t seem to be a way to view them larger… sad, I was interested in this one
Hello,
Sorry about that, we were having issues with our gallery. They’re all fixed now!
I don’t know why I read through posts like this. I always end up in tears. 🙁
Very true, bad sad. I recently lost my darling poodle, who I would have had the next day , 12 years. It is heartbreaking.
I knew how this story would end of course. But I read it anyway because it’s so cute. Now i just got done sobbing like a baby. My lab is 14 1/2 years old and still likes doing dog things. He just does them a lot slower than he used to. I know I’m blessed that he’s still here with me. But I also know our time is coming. It breaks my heart thinking about losing him.
We had to put our dog, Buck, to sleep March 1st, 2016. He was 10 years old and had 4th stage heart failure. Broke my heart and still haven’t gotten over losing him!! He was my friend, my protector, my travel buddy, and a real pain-in-the-backside!! Still I miss him so much, even with my rescued girl, Thelma Lou. Found her at the Kent County Humane Society in Maryland. She’s a sweetheart and is totally in love with my husband!! Anyway, thank you for allowing me to vent!!
