Being a homeless dog has it’s own problems, but being deaf makes it a whole different ball game. Willy has been in LOYAL Rescue foster care since 2008. Due to being deaf and his delicate nature, Willy has been passed up multiple times.
Willy is over 6 years old and has been in a foster home most of his life. He has learned hand signals and is always working on training.
