The conditions that these beautiful animals were forced to live in are so horrid that it hurts my heart. When the Humane Society arrived on the scene, they couldn’t believe what they saw. Some of the 46 rescued dogs were literally freezing with icicles hanging from their fur. One dog in particular, who couldn’t be more sweet, couldn’t even walk and had been living in its own excrements.
