If you are looking to add a dog to your family, there are many things you should consider. It all depends on what type of person you are, if there are children in your family, if you are an active and outdoor person or an indoor one, if you live in a house full of pricey things that might be broken if a huge tail swings by, if you have enough space for a big dog to run free, among other things. Maybe you prefer a small dog compared to a bigger one, or one with short hair rather than one with larger hair. Maybe you don’t want one that is overly energetic or too aggressive. Choosing may be tricky and the search may be time consuming.

Well, don’t stress too much because we can offer you some help! Or at least, we can help you find a dog that is friendly. The rest is up to you.
PetBreeds created a very interesting list of the 23 friendliest dog breeds. They tried to find out which dogs were most affectionate, the ones that have a generally friendly temperament, if they are friendly toward other pets and if they are friendly toward strangers. And then they compare it with the popularity data of the American Kennel Club.
Of course, remember that no matter how much science may have gone into this, the personality and character of a dog won’t be 100 per cent accurate— it always varies from dog to dog. This is just an approximation, but still, a very helpful one.
