Sometimes a cross-country road trip with our best friend is just what the doctor ordered.
John Stortz is an illustrator, a photographer, a traveller and a best friend. His best friend is a Husky rescue named Wolfgang and they’ve been traveling for the past 2 years together, just the two of them. Stortz has been documenting their adventures through his wonderful photographs and illustrations. Heavily influenced by nature, Stortz has taken his artistry on the road, with Wolf in tow.
The locations are large, wide, open and breath taking. Many featuring only Wolfgang as he takes in his environment. Their journey together is symbolized by these locations – a strong bond between Stortz and Wolfgang by themselves in a huge, beautiful world.
Originally from Brooklyn and now based in California, these two are still on their beautiful journey together. You can follow their adventure by checking out their Tumblr, John and Wolf or their Instagram.
