Dr. Jay Hreiz of Ebenezer Animal Hospital where Brody was brought for treatment was shocked at the torture that Brody enduring, saying it’s some of the worst he’s seen in his career. The clinic worked quickly to treat Brody checking his wounds, giving him fluids and medications to ease the pain. The BB bullets will remain where they are, as they luckily aren’t threatening any vital organs and the anesthesia risk to Brody at his tender, young, age is too high. Once Brody is stronger and old enough, thoughts of surgery to remove the pellets will be revisited.
