Adam Parker made a split second decision Sunday that saved a life. Parker, who was out walking his own dog in Point Pleasant Park, saw Nellie, a 16 month old Labrador/Weimaraner mix, struggling in the water. She was obviously exhausted from swimming and uncertain how she was going to get back to shore. Without hesitation Parker quickly emptied his pockets of valuables and went diving in.
