With the new year beginning and the old one becoming just another sunset, it’s time to look back and think about what went well and what didn’t go so well. It’s a good way to determine the worth of all your efforts.
What if this review was based on someone… furrier, and smaller, and with twice as many legs? What if we gave our cats a year-end review?
Where you excelled
– Waking up on time –
Despite sleeping for almost 20 hours a day, you’ve never been late for breakfast. A remarkable feat for someone who spends all day curled up on a radiator. Punctuality is important, and you demonstrate nothing but the utmost care for arriving on time.
Where you could improve
– Taking the balls from the ping pong table –
I know they’re irresistible, they bounce really high and make quite a satisfying “Pop,” but you’ve really got to get away from these. They won’t hurt you, but they certainly won’t help you. Winners don’t play with ping pong balls.
Where you did great
– Cleanliness –
I don’t even know where to start. You’ve been almost flawless in this category, with the exception of those few times you walk in with a face almost saturated in dust. We can always depend on you to have a lustrous coat and clean any messes promptly. We don’t know how you do it.
Where development is needed
– Sleeping on the computer –
This is always going to get in the way of your work. It’s a habit you’re going to have to break if you want to succeed in the long term. This will have to be fixed in the new year.
Achievements
– Learned how to open doors –
This was a huge amount of responsibility for you and you’ve handled it marvelously. Not only has it made you more independent, it’s allowed you to help other coworkers in ways that would usually require someone higher up. You’ve proven to have incredible dexterity and diligence and we’re glad you’re with us.
