SAN FRANCISCO — Chihuahua, Carpe Diem, was rescued in June but it wasn’t until the San Fransisco Animal Care & Control posted quirky photos of him on Tuesday, that he started to get noticed. The rescue centre first found the 4-month-old pup wandering the streets solo, when they took him in and noticed what a cheery personality he had.

After posting him on their website to no avail, the shelter decided to do a mini photoshoot with the dog to really highlight his quirky nature. That’s when the rest of the internet began to fall for the tiny pup. At just a teeny four-pounds, Carpe Diem has a whole lot of personality to make up for his tiny stature. In fact, the photos the shelter posted of the pup were so animated that he almost instantly found his forever home.
